This package is sponsored and subsidized by MVCI Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (“MVCI”) as a marketing effort for Marriott Vacation Club, Asia‐Pacific timeshare plan. This package includes accommodation for 2 nights in a deluxe Kallang guest room at The Ritz Carlton, Millenia Singapore for 2 adults and 2 children (11 years old and below), inclusive of daily breakfast for 2 adults (“Package”). No check in on Sunday and Monday.

A major credit card is required for check‐in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package at the time you purchased the Package. This Package includes room and tax only unless otherwise specified. An email confirmation is required upon check‐in at the property. Reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made through the Marriott Vacation Club reservation hotline number. Reservation and amendments must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability.

Qualifications:

This Package is designed for married couples with a joint monthly income in excess of S$8,500 (annual income US$75,000), both aged between 28 – 65 years of age. Attendance at a sales presentation about Marriott Vacation Club, Asia‐Pacific vacation ownership program lasting approximately 90 – 120 minutes is required during the accommodation period and during those hours made available by MVCI. The sales presentation will be scheduled at a sales gallery or sales preview centre for a time during the package visit except that such presentation will not occur on the day of arrival or the day of departure, and is subject to the sales presentation slot availability. It is a condition of the Package that married couples attend the presentation together. If you or your spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, you will be charged the full retail cost of the package which is specified in the email you received.

The Package price is S$222 for an accommodation in a deluxe Kallang guest room at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. The full retail cost of the Package is up to S$1,650 per Package and is based on current price at the time of print, which is subject to change without notice.

Package Validity:

This offer expires on 28 July 2025 and is subject to availability. Travel must be completed by end of 2025.

This Package is limited to one per household. Group purchases or travel are not permitted. Additional nights, if available, will need to be booked via www.marriott.com at the best available rate. Airfare, transportation, and expenses are your sole responsibility. The Package price is non‐refundable and Package offer is non‐transferable. Reschedules will be subject to a fee of S$40. Cancellation, no shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 14 days prior to arrival) will result in a cancellation charge of the full retail price of one night’s accommodation (up to S$800). The Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. The purchase of this package does not earn Marriott Bonvoy^® points unless otherwise specified. This package offer is a marketing campaign sponsored by MVCI and does not include Marriott Bonvoy elite member benefits such as early check‑in, late check‑out, complimentary room upgrades, guaranteed lounge access or complimentary breakfast. Marriott Bonvoy members may utilize their 10% dining discount at selected food and beverage outlets. Please check with reception for specific details. This Package is not available to directors, representatives, officers and employees of MVCI and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members. Those who have participated in a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation within the past 12 months or have an upcoming vacation preview package or other package offered by MVCI or its affiliates are not eligible for this Package. MVCI reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of these terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of the offer. This programme is void where prohibited by law.

All the applicable fees will be charged in Singapore Dollars. High season charge may apply. The following blackout dates apply: National Day (8 to 9 August 2025), Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025 (2 to 5 October 2025), Christmas (24 to 25 December 2025), and Year End Festivities  (27 to 31 December 2025).
